Vedic Wellness
A sanctuary where Ayurveda, mindful living and modern wellness come together to restore balance to body, mind and spirit.
Vedic Wellness was built around a single idea: that most of what the body needs it already knows how to do, given the right conditions and enough time.
We work with seven of them — Ayurveda as the framework, yoga and movement, breath, meditation, nourishment, the natural world around us, and long stretches of genuine rest. Nothing here is prescribed before we have sat down with you.

Choose whichever comes closest. It is only a starting point — the shape of your stay is decided in conversation.

Each of these is a starting structure. What it becomes depends on the consultation on your first morning, and on how you respond over the days that follow.
A gentle, guided reset built on traditional cleansing practice, seasonal food and long stretches of rest.
Classical rejuvenation therapies paired with deep rest, nourishing food and a slower daily rhythm.
A programme for people who cannot stop — built around breath, structured rest and an intentionally quiet schedule.
An evening-weighted programme that rebuilds the routine around sleep rather than the other way round.
Every stay is built from the same five foundations. The proportions change to suit the person — the principles do not.
Every stay begins with a consultation that establishes your constitution, your current state and the season you are in. Nothing else — not the food, not the therapies, not the timing of your day — is decided before that conversation.

Sometimes healing beginswhen the noise disappears.
Thoughtful, time-honoured practices, shaped around how you arrive and what you need.
Four ways to stay, all of them quiet. Rooms open onto planting rather than corridors, and nothing is more than a short walk from the shala or the gardens.

Our kitchen cooks from the gardens and the valley around us. What appears on the plate follows your consultation — your constitution, the season, and how your digestion is faring that week.
Guests are sometimes surprised that the food is not more elaborate. Simplicity is rather the point: fewer ingredients, better combined, and warm more often than raw.

An outline rather than a timetable. Afternoons are deliberately left open, and the shape adjusts to you as the week goes on.
At the shala, before the birds settle.
Breath-led, outdoors when the weather allows.
Warm, simple, and eaten sitting down.
The principal treatment of the day.
The largest meal, when digestion is strongest.
Reviewing how the week is going.
Slow, guided, and rarely far.
The practice we hope you take home.
Light, early, and finished before the light goes.
Lights dim rather than switch off.
A small resident team. You will see the same faces through your stay, which is rather the point — continuity is what makes the adjustments possible.

Guest Reflections
Quiet observations from guests who came to pause, restore, and find a rhythm of their own.

Tell us what has brought you here and our wellness team will suggest where to begin. Every enquiry is answered by a person, not a form.
